FEATURE FRIDAY: TIMELESS SPRING OUTFITS BY COVINGTON & CO.
Every spring as the weather is warming up and the sun is coming out, we are beyond ready to put our sweaters & boots away and add some new spring staple pieces to our closets! Luckily, we're friends with the lovely owners of Covington & Co. and had the honor of collaborating with them to show you guys some of our favorite outfits from their latest spring arrivals!!
Here's a little bit of their story:
"Hey, there friends! Covington & Co. is an online shop offering boutique style clothing that is timeless, yet unique. Our passion is to provide easy to wear clothing that women can feel comfortable and confident in.
To tell you more about us: We are Asia Raasio & Kayla Seppala, a sister-in-law duo based out of the tippity top of Michigan. Two years ago, we both moved to the Upper Peninsula from New Hampshire - Kayla being a MI native. Upon moving we discovered two things. The nearest mall is 4 hours away and we also have very long winters. Originally the idea, sparked by Kayla (Asia was quickly on board!), was that this could help solve the shopping problem for us as well as the other local ladies in the area. This idea also gave us a creative outlet, especially through the winter and provided an opportunity to build a brand and create an extra income for our families. From there, Covington & Co. has become so much more than that! We not only serve our own community, but we send out clothing nationwide through our online front. Looking back, we have grown so much yet, we still have so many exciting goals & dreams ahead of us. Through our journey we love connecting with, encouraging, and serving unstoppable women. We owe so much to our customers, followers, and friends! Thank you for being part of our story!"
1 // The Savannah Dress (NEW) with The Aiden Denim Jacket
This dress feels like sunshine and it makes me so happy! I absolutely love everything about it, from the beautiful floral design to the flattering fit of it! It can be worn casually, going to the beach, hanging out at home OR dressy, for date night, going to church, etc. It’s truly the perfect spring and summer dress!!
A jean jacket is one of the BEST staple pieces you can have in your closet. It’s a super easy way to give new life to any outfit and I can’t get over how comfortable this one is!! I could live in this outfit, for real.
2 // The Harlow Tie Blouse (NEW)
This shirt is ultimate comfort! Seriously.. so flowy and feminine. This is now one of my favorite items in my closet.
3 // The Elsie Floral Blouse (NEW) with The Hinsdale Light Wash Jean
As you can probably tell, I love florals! Haha. So I was immediately drawn to this beautiful blouse!! But what I really love about this top is that it’s neutral and still has some beautiful detail and flare to it. It’s definitely my new favorite!! Especially paired with The Hinsdale Light Wash Jean!
4 // The Claire Cotton Blouse (NEW) with The Chelsea High Rise Jean
I describe this shirt as what I'd want my future self to wear on the daily. When you wear it, you can't help but feel classy and put together!
The Chelsea High Rise jeans are so comfortable, Kendra and I literally both HAD to purchase them before we left! Haha. And we're so glad we did!! They are extremely stretchy, but fit like a glove!
