Modern Fireplace Reveal

It’s done!! I am so in love with our DIY modern fireplace. We had a plan to do this renovation for a while now and randomly decided to go for it a few weeks ago. Here it is — what do you think!?
It feels like it was always meant to be there, it helps center the space and give a purpose to our once blank wall!

We went with a modern style fireplace with no mantle and a faux concrete finish! We got this look by mixing in a drywall mud dye to drywall mud and I used @paigechristianson ‘s method she shared on her instagram a while ago! We bought this electric fireplace from Amazon and are so happy with it! The project isn’t 100% finished - Brett is going to create a frame to go around our TV to look similarity to Samsung’s Frame TV! So keep an eye out for that blog post, coming soon!
